Rick Seals

Rick Seals has over thirty-eight years of experience in the commercial construction industry as a Superintendent. His extensive experience has fostered excellent coordination and management skills. Working as the Superintendent on several multi-million dollar complex projects, he is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing scopes of work, completing the inspection request process, and coordinating punch-list completion. Rick’s comprehensive knowledge and understanding of OSHPD compliance and his ability to strictly adhere to it, has lent itself to an in-depth knowledge of the process and procedures needed to interface with regulatory agencies and local and national standards. Rick assists the project manager in developing a detailed CPM Schedule and developing and maintaining the construction schedule from a project’s inception to completion. He is responsible for producing and submitting RFI logs, daily reports, incident reports, and safety reports, and scheduling and directing all inspections with the IORs. Rick is a seasoned Superintendent, having successfully completed a myriad of complex, multi-phased, OSHPD and DSA compliant projects. He works closely and collaborates with the project team to carry out each project efficiently.
