Mike Kottage

Mike is responsible for coordinating and preparing detailed construction budgets which are updated continually throughout a project. Mike is a certified construction manager and holds a degree in construction management from Fresno State University. He collaborates with the client and architect in the development of plans and specifications and the master construction CPM schedule. Mike is on-site during the project process from inception to final closeout. He attends design team meetings, provides weekly progress reports and 3-week look-ahead schedules and ensures meeting minutes properly reflect issues and accountabilities. Mike is a seasoned project manager, having successfully completed several complex, multi-phased, OSHPD and DSA compliant projects. He works closely and collaborates with the owner, architect, superintendent and trade subcontractors to carry out each project efficiently.
