Nick’s role as Director of Estimating includes performing analyses of project cost control, projects’ adherence to schedule, and the use of BIM (Building Information Modeling) to provide clients with 3D modeling, early visualization, a virtual walk-through, and plan furnishings. Nick also is in charge of quantity take-offs, job estimates, contract administration, monitoring the costs associated with each project, and implementing sustainability and energy efficiency building measures.
