Matt Seals

Matt Seals, President of Seals Construction Inc. is responsible for all company financials, coordinating project budgets, contract bid documents, bid processes, scope management, contract management, timeline analysis, schedule modifications and addressing critical issues. Matt has had the opportunity to be involved in several multi-million dollar projects throughout the Central Valley and has played an active part in the project management of major projects such as Saint Agnes Medical Center’s 230,000 SF cardiac wing expansion and Porterville Developmental Center’s (behavioral health hospital) new 29,000 SF LEED Gold kitchen. Matt has a Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) designation and an American Hospital Association accredited certification. He was instrumental in weaving Lean practices into Seals Construction’s projects’ processes. He helped process map different procedures, from project initiation to accounting, identifying components in the process that could be streamlined while ensuring the quality and service to clients is not compromised. Matt has led several projects from initiation to completion and is well respected by clients, colleagues and executives of other disciplines.

Matt is heavily involved with the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of California. He currently serves as Chair for the San Joaquin District Board of Directors; Chair of the Construction Leadership Council (CLC); a member of the statewide Steering Committee, Building Division Board of Directors and Foundation Board of Directors.
