Home to the Visalia Rawhide, Recreation Park was first built in 1946, and in 2009, underwent a major renovation by Seals Construction. The renovation of the ballpark for the Advanced-A, California League affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks included the construction of a new bullpen in left field, wiffle ball field and grounds keeping structures, and a complete new right field section with a two story brick facade building structure to house concessions, a kitchen area and a terrace seating level. Seals Construction also added a new seating section and grass seating area in front of the brick building.
