Visalia Library Expansion & Renovation

Revitalizing a community landmark

Seals Construction provided general contracting and construction services for the remodel and expansion of the County of Tulare/City of Visalia Public Library. Phase One of the two-phase project consisted of the remodel of the original 1936 library building and the construction of a new 2,300 square foot lobby which connected the 1936 building to the 1976 building. Phase Two included the remodel and updating of the existing finishes in the 1976 building. Seals Construction worked in concert with the County of Tulare and Chas Rhoads Architecture to deliver a beautiful restoration and expansion of this historic Visalia landmark.
