Seals Construction provided construction services for Saint Agnes Medical Center’s Sixth Floor Build Out which included approximately 26,604 square feet of 28 medical/surgical patient rooms, 8 ICU patient suites and various support functions including nurse stations, utility rooms, electrical and telecommunications closets, equipment storage and elevators.
The project also entailed construction work on Operating Rooms 5 & 7 and a remodel to the Satellite Pharmacy. This was a three-phase portion of the project which consisted of the selective demolition of the existing space and equipment, implementation of newly designed space utilization, modern furnishings, finishes and equipment, and extensive upgrades to the existing HVAC and electrical systems.
