Design Build

Construction Management
We have provided construction management services to organizations to oversee major new construction as well as modernization projects in educational, healthcare and commercial facilities. Our expert team allows the owner to comfortably transfer its duties of the project from the organization’s staff to our hands. Through our years of intricate CM experience, we have developed and refined our methods and procedures to efficiently control time, cost and quality of an owner’s construction program.

BIM
We integrate Lean principles into our construction efforts and have a deep understanding of the synergy between Lean Construction and Building Information Modeling (BIM). Through the use of model-based estimating, we are able to provide the client with 3D Modeling, early visualization, a virtual walk-through, and plan furnishings. BIM enables us to drive more efficient, sustainable design analysis, clash detection, construction planning, and material fabrication. Our team currently uses BIM for our off site fabrication – concrete form-work and framing – and across disciplines on our design-build projects. Additionally, Seals Construction has an in-house 3-D scanner which has the capability of converting an image of the project site to point clouds.
