Concrete tilt-up building expansion to Patterson Dental’s existing 52,145 square foot tilt-up warehouse building. Seals Construction worked in concert with Vermeltfoort Architects to deliver the 328 day expansion project. The new warehouse space acts as the distribution center for Patterson Logistics growing line of products, including veterinary and sports medicine supplies. In addition to their Dinuba facility, Patterson has approximately 6,850 employees across its three business units: Patterson Dental, Patterson Veterinary and Patterson Medical.
Patterson has created a state-of-the art specialty distribution platform through strategically located regional facilities within the Patterson Logistics Services Inc. (PLSI) distribution network. Currently the warehouse in Dinuba is one of three facilities (out of 17 in this network) that fulfill orders for all Patterson business units.
