Seals Construction provided services to Kaweah Delta Health Care District to carry out their Ambulatory Surgery Center renovation project in Visalia, CA. The 9,677 square foot remodel and addition included 18 surgery patient pre-operative beds, nurse station, staff lounge, medication rooms, ancillary support offices and restrooms. The remodel to the existing basement included a new service elevator, additions to the mechanical and storage rooms, a new fire alarm system and a new rooftop air handler. This $5 million OSHPD project was carried out over a 19 month period and was completed in February 2018.
