Construction of the Alpaugh Education Complex included a new 22,429 square foot gymnasium, locker room, and concession building, a parking lot, several site work improvements, 20,272 square feet of new classroom buildings and an additional parking lot. Seals Construction partnered with TAM+CZ Architects and AUSD to construct this first-class education center for the community of Alpaugh.
